Verifying your email

Why verification is required, finding the email, and resending the link.

Email verification proves the address belongs to you. We need it for password resets and to send notifications about your listings, reviews, and forum posts.

Where the email comes from

Look for a message from the site name, subject "Verify your email β€” {site name}". If you don't see it within a couple of minutes, check your spam / promotions folder.

If the link doesn't work

Verification links expire if a new one has been issued. From your dashboard, click Resend verification to get a fresh link.

Already verified via social sign-in

If you signed up with Google or Apple, your email is already verified β€” those providers confirm it before passing the address to us. You don't need to do anything.
